OUR EXPERTISE / MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT FINANCE
Machinery finance.
Productive investment.
Machinery finance for Coimbatore businesses starts with the productive investment behind the asset. KJK helps prepare proposals for new or used machinery, capacity expansion and equipment requirements, subject to provider assessment.
The funding conversation at a glance.
THE BUSINESS PURPOSE
New capacity, machinery replacement or a selected used-asset purchase
PREPARE THE PICTURE
Asset cost, commissioning, useful life and expected utilisation
WHAT THE PROVIDER ASSESSES
Asset acceptability, valuation, security and repayment capacity
THE OPPORTUNITY
Match the asset lifecycle with the funding plan
Equipment choice, delivery schedule and productive life should inform the financing discussion. A proposal should explain how installation, utilisation and operating cash flow support the repayment period.
The aim is a well-prepared conversation: a clear purpose, realistic assumptions and an organised view of the information that matters.
WHEN THE CONVERSATION MATTERS
Different situations.
A relevant starting point.
Illustrative business requirements to help frame your enquiry.
01
Investing in new capacity
Present the equipment specification alongside installation, expected utilisation and the business case for additional output.
02
Replacing or upgrading machinery
Compare the productive benefit with the complete cost of ownership, including downtime, maintenance and related expenditure.
03
Considering used assets or leasing
Review condition, useful life, title, valuation and contractual obligations rather than assuming every asset fits the same structure.
BEFORE YOU COMPARE OPTIONS
Look beyond
the headline amount.
A useful comparison starts with the whole arrangement. Ask for clear answers before deciding how to proceed.

01
Purpose & timing
Start with new domestic and imported equipment. Explain the stage, when capital is needed and what happens if the timetable changes.
02
Cost & commitments
Consider interest, funding-provider charges, KJK’s client-paid brokerage or commission, security, covenants and repayment conditions together.
03
Responsibility & next steps
KJK helps prepare and coordinate the discussion. The provider determines its terms and funding decision. Obtain appropriate independent professional advice.
PREPARE WITH CONFIDENCE
Make the first
conversation count.
You do not need to upload documents to begin. A clear business overview helps identify the information needed for the next stage.
01
Supplier quotation and specifications
Separate the machine price from freight, duties, installation and related expenditure.
02
Asset condition and useful life
Explain the condition, expected productive life and ownership position.
03
Installation and commissioning timeline
Show delivery, installation, trial production and the ramp-up period separately.
04
Expected utilisation and cash contribution
Connect expected output to realistic demand, margins and repayment cash flow.

YOUR QUESTIONS
Clarity before
the next step.
Can used machinery be considered?
It may be considered subject to age, condition, valuation, title and lender criteria. Eligibility must not be assumed.
Are installation costs covered?
Coverage depends on the facility structure. Identify installation, duties and operating capital separately.
Is leasing always better than a loan?
No. Ownership, cash flow, tax treatment, residual value and obligations need comparison with professional advice.
Does KJK provide the funding itself?
KJK does not lend directly. We help prepare and coordinate a funding proposal with banks and other funding sources. Approval, pricing, documentation and disbursement remain with the relevant provider.
How are brokerage or commission terms explained?
Clients pay KJK brokerage or commission for facilitation. Ask for the fee basis, payment stage and conditions in writing before proceeding. A website enquiry does not establish credit eligibility.
