OUR ROLE & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Clear roles.
Informed decisions.

Understand KJK’s intermediary role, brokerage or commission arrangements, and the funding provider’s responsibilities.

Our role: funding intermediation

KJK Financial Services is a funding intermediary. We help clients prepare, present and coordinate funding requirements with banks and other funding sources. KJK does not lend its own money or make a credit offer through this website.

Brokerage, commission and lender charges

Clients pay KJK brokerage or commission for funding facilitation. Before engaging KJK, request written details of the applicable fee or calculation, when payment is due, and any conditions. Funding-provider fees and charges are separate. Any arrangement must comply with the rules applicable to that engagement. This website does not state a fixed commission rate.

Who makes the funding decision?

Eligibility, approval, interest rates, security, tenure, conditions and disbursement are determined by the relevant bank or funding provider. An enquiry, proposal discussion or brokerage arrangement does not guarantee approval or disbursement.

Information and tools

Website content and calculators provide general education. They are not an offer of credit, investment recommendation, public deposit invitation, legal opinion or tax advice. Obtain suitable independent professional advice.

Identity and authorisation

The website does not claim KJK is a bank, deposit-taking institution, insurer, AMFI distributor or SEBI investment adviser. Ask about any registration, lender appointment or authorisation relevant to a proposed engagement.

Confidential information

Start with a high-level enquiry. Do not send identity documents, account details, passwords or confidential financial records through the public form. Agree a secure document-exchange process before sharing detailed records.

Images and published feedback

Service, sector and architectural imagery is illustrative. It does not depict actual KJK offices, staff, clients or facilities. Client-feedback excerpts are attributed to feedback previously published by KJK; an individual experience does not establish a result for another business.
