OUR EXPERTISE / DEBT SYNDICATION

Capital structured around
your business ambition.

Debt syndication brings a business funding requirement into a structured lender discussion. KJK supports the preparation, presentation and coordination needed to explore suitable debt facilities.

The funding conversation at a glance.

THE BUSINESS PURPOSE

A funding proposal involving one or several institutions

PREPARE THE PICTURE

A coherent information pack, existing facilities and a repayment case

WHAT THE PROVIDER ASSESSES

Lender participation, credit assessment, security and agreed terms

THE OPPORTUNITY

A clearer route from requirement to lender discussion

A funding requirement rarely begins and ends with an interest rate. Tenure, security, repayment capacity, existing facilities and the use of funds all shape the discussion. A well-prepared proposal helps lenders understand how those pieces fit together.

The aim is a well-prepared conversation: a clear purpose, realistic assumptions and an organised view of the information that matters.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Clarity before
the next step.

What is debt syndication?

It is the process of structuring and coordinating a borrowing proposal with one or more funding institutions. Terms and participation are determined by the lenders after assessment.

Does KJK guarantee a loan sanction?

No. Lender appetite, credit assessment, security, documentation and prevailing conditions determine the outcome.

Can an existing loan facility be reviewed?

Existing facilities can be discussed as part of a refinancing requirement. Share a high-level summary first; detailed documents should follow through an agreed secure channel.

Does KJK provide the funding itself?

KJK does not lend directly. We help prepare and coordinate a funding proposal with banks and other funding sources. Approval, pricing, documentation and disbursement remain with the relevant provider.

How are brokerage or commission terms explained?

Clients pay KJK brokerage or commission for facilitation. Ask for the fee basis, payment stage and conditions in writing before proceeding. A website enquiry does not establish credit eligibility.
